It is a homecoming to the wild, untamed wisdom & exiled parts that have always been within us, waiting to be unearthed and re-embodied.

Hey love, I am Sophie.

Somatic Business Coach, Embodiment Facilitator, International Yoga Teacher and Natural Fertility Educator.

I am known for my raw & authentic mentoring style where I support women to expand somatic safety in their body to feel more, be more & hold more.

It lights me up & turns me on to live a deeply embodied life free from perceived limitations.

My greatest passion is supporting other women to do the same - to become a clear channel to receive their innate gifts, to shine brighter and expand capacity to step into their power, take up space and be SEEN.

In my 1:1 Mentorships, Group Coaching Programs, Online Membership Platform, International Retreats & Workshops I do this by weaving Somatics, Nervous System Regulation, Yoga & Embodied Movement, Soul-Led Business Marketing, Feminine Leadership tools & more.
